Sales Tax

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI.

In addition, state laws require that we charge applicable shipping tax on orders shipped to addresses in the following states: CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, KY, LA, MI, MN (conditional on the taxability of the purchase), NC, NJ (conditional on the taxability of the purchase), NV, NY (conditional on the taxability of the purchase), PA (conditional on the taxability of the purchase), RI (conditional on the taxability of the purchase), SC, TX, WA, WI.

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates; however, items paid for with Gift Certificates will be charged the applicable sales tax if shipped to addresses in the states mentioned above.
