You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

Please note that shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.

Online Gift Certificate credit:

  • If you return your item(s) by mail, the refund amount will be applied to your original Online Gift Certificate.
  • If you return your item(s) to a Levi's® Retail Store, you will be issued a Gift Card (for use in-store only).
