Return Rules and Restrictions

  • Any item (excluding final sale and vintage items) purchased from a Levi's® Retail Store, Levi's® Outlet Store or Levi.com can be returned for a full refund within 60 days with receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags attached) or defective to ensure full credit.
  • Items (excluding final sale and vintage items) returned without a receipt are eligible for store credit or exchange equal to current selling price.
  • Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
  • If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Levi.com Associate immediately at 1.866.860.8907.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
  • If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our retail stores, you must present the original packing slip, Ship Confirmation e-mail or your online purchase receipt displayed during Checkout. Without a receipt of any kind, you will be issued a Gift Card (for use in-store only) or exchange for the most recent selling price of the item.
  • Items purchased from a Levi's® retail store, Levi's® outlet store, or department store cannot be returned by mail to Levi.com.
  • Items purchased from Levi.com may not be returned to a department store. Returns may be made to a Levi's® retail store or Levi's® location.
  • Items that have already been exchanged at Levi.com cannot be returned to a Levi's® retail or Levi's® outlet store. Exchanged items must be mailed back to Levi.com for a refund.
  • If PayPal has been used as the form of payment, all returned products must be sent by mail to levi.com. It cannot be returned at a physical Levi's® retail store. For information on how to return by mail, click here.
