Return Policy and Instructions

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable items. There are three return options for most items:

  1. Pre-paid Return Shipping Label - $7.00
  2. Standard Return Shipping
  3. Returns to a Levi's® Retail Store

1. Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label - $7.00

For convenient return processing on most orders, your packing slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package. When you use the pre-paid shipping label to mail us your return, we will deduct $7.00 from your order refund. Please follow these steps:

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package. Please do not tear the pre-paid mailing label down the middle perforation. The entire label must be used.
  3. Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point.
  • You will be charged for the postage once the return is processed.
  • To receive credit, Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the pre-paid return fee.
  • You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
  • You are able to track your return shipment through My Account.
  • Please do not reproduce the pre-paid label in any way, to ensure proper credit processing.
  • Items purchased from a Levi's® retail store, Levi's® outlet store, or department store cannot be returned by mail to our online store.
  • Items purchased from Levi.com may not be returned to a department store. Returns may be made to a Levi's® retail store or Levi's® outlet store location.
  • Items that have already been exchanged at Levi.com cannot be returned to a Levi's® retail or Levi's® outlet store. Exchanged items must be mailed back to Levi.com for a refund.
  • If PayPal has been used as the form of payment, all returned products must be sent by mail to levi.com. It cannot be returned at a physical Levi's® retail store.
  • Items discounted more than 50% off the original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund or store credit.

2. Standard Return Shipping

If you prefer to not use the pre-paid return shipping label included with most orders, you may use your own shipping method. Please follow these steps:

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

3. Returns to a Levi's® Retail Store

Please note that items purchased from Levi.com may not be returned to a department store. Returns may be made to a Levi's® retail store or Levi's® outlet store location.

If PayPal has been used as the form of payment, all returned products must be sent by mail to levi.com. It cannot be returned at a physical Levi's® retail store.

Items discounted more than 50% off the original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund or store credit.

Here are the basic steps:
    1.    Find the nearest retail store by using our Store Locator.
    2.    Before visiting the store, place the item securely in the original package.
    3.    Enclose the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. (If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your Ship Confirmation e-mail or your online purchase receipt displayed during Checkout.)
    4.    Take the item and packing slip to any Levi's® retail store. The store associate will process your return and issue you a credit to the account used for the original purchase only. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our retail stores, you must present the original packing slip, Ship Confirmation e-mail or your online purchase receipt displayed during Checkout. Without a receipt of any kind, you will be issued a store credit (for use in-store only) or exchange for the most recent selling price of the item.
